Meraj Syed, co-founder of IM LIVIN, leverages over two decades of diverse experience in the automobile, telecom, and financial services industries. Born in India and raised in the Middle East, Meraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and built a distinguished corporate career.
A highly energetic leader, Meraj specializes in customer relationship management, project management, business development, and process redesign. He focuses on streamlining operations to drive cost savings, enhance financial growth, and improve customer satisfaction. Known for his analytical and problem-solving skills, Meraj consistently delivers innovative solutions and is committed to achieving organizational goals.
In 2018, Meraj identified the booming construction market in North Carolina, particularly in Raleigh, as a prime opportunity. Inspired to create a professional construction company dedicated to quality and client service, he co-founded IM LIVIN with his cousin, Imran Syed, who brought hands-on construction expertise. Their partnership blends Meraj's corporate leadership and operational insight with Imran's technical know-how, establishing a company focused on excellence, innovation, and lasting relationships.
Imran Syed is one of the original founders of IM LIVIN. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Architectural Technology from East Carolina University. After graduating, Imran began his career in construction with a property development company, where he gained hands-on experience in residential building and learned the intricacies of the construction process.
Driven by a passion for design and craftsmanship, Imran eventually branched out on his own. Starting with a two-man team, he focused on renovation projects and smaller-scale builds, steadily growing his skills and reputation in the industry.
In 2019, Imran partnered with his cousin, an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in business and the corporate world. Together, they combined their complementary strengths to expand IM LIVIN into a dynamic and forward-thinking construction and design company.
